All Overnight Orders Received - After 6:00 PM - (Mon - Fri) SHIPPED OUT NEXT BUSINESS DAY unless Saturday delivery is specified.

All 2nd Day and Ground Delivery Orders Received - After 6:00 PM - (Mon - Fri) SHIPPED OUT NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

In order to receive a package for Saturday delivery it must be specified and there is an additional $12.50 fee for weekend rush delivery! THIS FEATURE ONLY WORKS WITH ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY WITH NEXT DAY AIR.

Saturday Pickup for Monday Delivery
Orders must be in by 2:30 PM PST for this service. Overnight Deliveries Only! $12.50 additional charge for this service.

SORRY - NO SUNDAY DELIVERIES!
All orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will ship out on Monday. Plan Accordingly!

Overnight Delivery:
Orders placed prior to 6:00 PM (Mondays -Thursdays) will be delivered the following business day. Overnight orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until Monday, unless specified for Saturday delivery which includes an additional $12.50 charge.

2nd Day Delivery:
Orders placed prior to 6:00 PM (Mon - Fri) will be delivered the second business day by 6:30PM. 2nd Day orders placed on Thursdays will not be delivered until Monday. Orders placed on Friday by 6:00 PM will be delivered on Tuesday by 6:30PM.

Ground Delivery (5-8 Business days)
Orders placed prior to 6:00 PM (Mon - Fri) will be delivered on the Fourth to the Eighth business day by 6:00PM. Choose this option if your test is at least 2 weeks away. Otherwise you may not get your package on time!

Once your order has been received you can return it, however there is a 25% restocking fee. Also, if you place an order and decide to cancel it after it has been shipped you are still liable for the shipping costs. By purchasing anything on our site, you agree to the above conditions.

We reserve the right to substitute for an equal or greater product if we are out of stock on an item you ordered.

We do not refund for products or shipping on custom seizures, please check with your countries customs department before ordering.
